Shipping / Returns
All prices shown on our website include product tax but not shipping costs. The total cost of your order is the price shown by the shipping products and shipping costs depending on the shipping address.
International customers outside European Union are responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties, and/or taxes.
All orders are received and shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following business day. The shipping cost of each order, depending on the shipping area, will be calculated by completing the order.
Orders within Greece and Cyprus are sending with Geniki Taxidromiki, in the rest of the word with DHL.
Our products, from the moment they leave our store, are under the responsibility of the partner Courier company and the recipient's responsibility to receive the package.
With credit card
Laoutashop.com accepts credit cards through PayPal. Credit card shopping on our site is completely secure. All purchase information is encrypted to protect your credit card. According to security rules, your account address and name must match those on the card. If your card is rejected, your order cannot be completed and an automated message will appear on your screen.
PayPal is like an electronic wallet, where you can safely store all your payment options, such as your bank account or your debit and credit card. When you want to make a payment you do not need to enter your card number on our website. Just click on the PayPal button, log in to your PayPal account and choose the way you want the transaction to take place. PayPal will complete the payment without having to share any information with the website.
Return & change
Broken products during shipping.
All products are carefully packed and shipped in perfect condition.
For products that have been damaged or broken during shipping, the company must be informed immediately (within 3 days of receipt) with photographic material so that we can resend the products.
In the event that you detect a defect in a product, within a period of 6 months, follow the following procedure:
1. The product must return to the company so that the necessary checks can be carried out.
2. As soon as it is found to be defective and the defect is due to the company's error, a replacement, repair or refund including transportation costs is made.
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear, misuse and destruction when removing tags.
You can change or return the product within (14) fourteen calendar days from the day you receive the package.
Personal care and body care items are only returnable if their packaging is sealed and, in any case, unused.
If the order you received is incomplete, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the case of defective products, for which replacement is not possible or you no longer wish to replace, the amount paid will be refunded in full, including shipping costs.
In the case of our own error, we will refund you in full the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.
In the event that there is no error on the part of our company, the amount of money corresponding to the value of the products is returned minus the shipping costs which start from 4 euros for shipments up to 3 kg and 1 euro for each additional kg (within Greece).
Further, you will need to hand over the product to the courier company that we will send to your home, along with the receipt you received when it was originally delivered. After we have carefully examined the returned product, we will inform you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement, which will be carried out as soon as possible and in any case within 30 calendar days of receipt of the returned products by us .
